WARR = World Airline Road Runners

Each year in a new and exciting locale runners from around the world meet in a new city to enjoy each others company and run a 10K or 5K. We make a weekend of it and toss in some sight seeing and maybe a drink or so. 2009 was in China next year will be in London. In the picture above some of my United teammates at the Tee-shirt swap party. Each team has their airlines T and if they see one they want the try and make a trade. Team UAL's Tee shirts were a big hit and in high demand.

China Goverment

Sorry to everyone for not posting on my trip, the China government would not let me access Facebook or any blogs. I have never loved America more than I do after a trip to China. The short video clip is from the Bar at the Hyatt on the bund. Beers were 115 RMB for two Carona. ($8.00 US each )

I will post some pics and a few short stories in the next few days.

Strike one

I just found out China charges USA citizens $130.00 dollars for a visa and every other country $45.00, I have not even left for China yet and they have strike one!


Not sure I will like this trip, sticking it to Americans already. I'm going to have to get $85.00 dollars out of that country some how. I will keep track on the trip how I make my $85.00 back.
